"Charge too much ouch up point wasn’t the right place on first pickup really unsatisfied"

"This is the worst taxi service I had ever ridden with in my life. They are very arrogant and disrespectful and not to mention quick to charge you for any and everything. They answer the phone rudely and don't give a damn about quality customer service. Going to be reporting them to the better business bureau first thing in the morning. The man that drives the little red car with the dark shades wanted to argue with me about their policy and take up for his boss and their dispatchers. I could have cried after today's ride."

"I had to be somewhere at 6:15 in the morning last Monday and they didn’t show up in time and when I called they had no record of me calling to have the cab there that early. And the 17 of the month they are saying I owe an $5 fee but I didn’t call a taxi that day, and last night as I was clocking off work my boss ask me to stay over because there was an no one show and I had all ready call the cab, the phone I call for the cab said it would be few minutes and I didn’t have time to call them back to tell them I didn’t need the cab anymore, the lady was very rude said I will own $15 on top of my fee the next I call. And I was even told the side of town I live on it would be $11 for them to take me from and back. I used like using me. Taxi but they keep jumping the price and the people taking the call are very rude, I am a single mother and pregnant so I am trying to get all the hours I can before my baby comes. The people taking the call need to learn how to talk to people."

"I actually drive for this company and they are very particular about how we keep our cars and our own appearances. We try to do our best for all of our customers . every ride is, different but we always enjoy our customers. If I didn’t work here I definitely would use their services people have bad days and unfortunately maybe somebody has not been very pleasant but for the most part, we all seem to get along with our customers well."

"Call me old fashion... but $25 for a 14 minute drive is a little steep.. the first and only time I needed a ride home cause my car wasn't available... this will be a reminder to have other arrangements for a ride in the future if by some chance my car isn't available again..(edit for a reply to owner: you should change your prices on your website then.)"
