Tried to explain to them that it was other items on my boat that I would have to remove in order to remove the trolling motor. Those items would take me over 4 hours to remove in order to remove the trolling motor and all they needed was access to the foot pedal that sits on the deck. The foot pedal is easy to get to but they will not work on it."

"While fishing on the Alabama river my trolling motor died. I thought I'd done enough troubleshooting to narrow it down to the motor itself so I brought it into D&M. The next day I received a call from them telling me that the motor was fine so it must be something in my boat. I brought the boat to them and they helped me troubleshoot, found the problem, and fixed it on the spot. They really could have taken me for a ride by "fixing" a lot of stuff that wasn't even broken, but they didn't. The price was beyond reasonable and the service was extremely prompt and polite.
