"My dog and I both love coming in for a grooming refresh with Theresa. My dog is a rescue so his first initial sessions were rough. He'd bite, thrash, growl—it's taken work. Theresa was so patient with him as he got used to getting the spa treatment. Now, he wags his tail whenever we walk in and his tail really gets going when he sees Theresa. It took a minute to find a style that suited him and Theresa was very gracious in the experimentation. Nowadays, we've nailed his style: bell bottoms with long pigtails and a feathered tail. He loves getting a treat for good behavior at checkout and even struts with eye glances at strangers when we head home (seriously, look at the photos). Theresa's also vigilant in offering whatever seasonal special/scent is available. Going to the groomer is always a fun experience for us. Employee numbers usually run low so I'd recommend coming in with a more relaxed temperament; extend some grace to fellow workers, please! We're going on 3 years as loyal customers and I'm grateful Theresa invested in a relationship with my dog."
