"Terrible communication. Lied about the products they use. Rooms left dirty. Not all floors were left mopped and swept. Would never ever recommend this cleaning service to anyone!! And to respond to this I did speak with Kevin about how unhappy I was last week and begged to get out this contract because of how unsatisfied I was and wrote a letter as well. His response "I don't know what else to do for you"! I received a certified letter back stating I could not be let out of contract even if I am unhappy. So NOoooo I did NOT state I was happy with these services!!!!!!!!"
