"I used this service yesterday and obviously I didn’t have a very good experience. Number one, you better clarify the cost up front, cost me over twice what I had been told over the phone. Two, the mechanism they use has a rotary action and the fluid is applied to the head. When it spins it sprayed everything in the surrounding area and left that chemical all over everything. I couldn’t see it at the time but it dries white and my hardwood floor was covered, my coffee table and everything on it was covered and the side table was hit, which had the remotes. Yes, even the remotes had to be wiped down. I spent two hours working on my hard wood floor to get that chemical residue off of it. Now with that being said let’s talk about the cleaning job. Our sofas are covered with microsuede and circle easily is why I got this service. Their chemicals have less water. They do smell better and they do look some what better but yes, it circled the fabric where he applied a lot of chemical to clean more soiled areas. This would work fine on a different fabric and you covered everything around it very well. The technician was very friendly and very professional and was very prompt. The company was very receptive to my complaints and thanked me for sharing my experience with them. I still think something was wrong with his machine. If you remember to cover surrounding areas, you would have a better experience than I did. However, I do not recommend it for microsuede fabric. My next sofa will not be of that fabric, too hard to clean."
