"Darrell Avans from Mr. Electric came out to assist in disconnecting some power running to an old dog pen. He explained the whole process and successfully completed the work. He also brought up some concerns he had with the overall electrical safety in our panel box. I would recommend Darrell to anyone and would be happy to contact him again for more work."
"Mr. Electric in Huntsville was very quick to respond to our issues and explained everything throughout the process. Very easy to work with. Our technician, Charlton, went above and beyond to provide great service. Would highly recommend."
"Darrell came out and diagnosed my issue in about 15 minutes. Also took the time and did a full inspection, explaining some things I need to look at upgrading. He also took time to talk to me about other projects I needed help with (finishing basement), answered all my questions, and emailed me a estimate for each thing we discussed. Highly recommend."
"I had given Mr. Electric a 5 star review. I now, unfortunately, must change that. On Dec 30, 2023, I hired Mr. Electric to work on my home. Thier technician caused my home to catch on fire. Thru the month of January, Zach had diligently repairing my home. Then last week, I was told by Nathan that they don't want to finish fixing my home. It now appears that I must retain legal council in order for them to finish repairing my home. Not only that, I also apparently must go press criminal charges on them for forging my signature on the invoice as well. My wife has been battling breast cancer, my 13 yr old daughter wakes up all hours of the night thinking our homebis on fire and has been put on anxiety meds due to all this. What truly hurts is all I asked from them is to make my home safe again for my family."
"We had an issue at our main breaker box with one of the two main feeder lines. Only some of our lights in our home were working. The entire unit had to be replaced. A new main breaker box, weather head and down pipe was installed. Upon inspection, my electrical box inside also needed updating to separate the neutral and the ground so the line was replaced from the main breaker outside to the breaker box inside. This is where I’m not entirely happy with how it was installed. We all know the shortest distance between two points is a straight line which is exactly how it was installed. From the left corner of my home all the way across to the middle of the back of my basement. This line goes directly above my garage door rails so I am very concerned about future damage. I wish it would have been installed around the garage doors instead as it was previously. An additional ground rod was also installed outside to meet the two ground rod requirement for code. It was a good bit of work but now the lights are on and it was done quickly. Happy with the turn around."
