After not even attempting to solve my issue your "Agent" told me it would be 3-5 days for you to run a diagnostic on my PC. First off, if you guys are just going to run a basic diagnostic for hardware takes about hour to do. So i decided to do it my damn self. I went home and reset my setting in my Bios. Guess what, IT WORKED. It took maybe 10 minutes. Something you guys would have done in 3-5 days. If i could get a refund for the money that was spent on your useless technical support i would. Jerks"
