"Definitely a 5 star experience. Brian came out and gave an estimate, and was very thorough in his description of what he was recommending and why. When it came time to make a decision, Brian was more than willing to accommodate changes in the plan and changes to my layout due to flower beds I added after the estimate. The time came for the job to be completed, and his crew did an excellent job. Sprinkler heads were well placed and provide 100% coverage. The trenches were narrow and recovered properly, and Brian let me know what to expect with settling and refilling them later on. "Brian Wright and his crew are the real deal when it comes to a 5.0 rating. There's 4.8 or 4.9 and there's 5 period. This is it. In the busiest season of the year Brian kept in contact with us even though we were a small job compared to many he does, but never forgot us. He responded generally within 5 minutes to every text I sent. He immediately identified the solution to each sprinkler head problem in our system to meet our needs exactly. The crew that did the labor was very polite and after digging several new trenches for piping I couldn't find one of them when they were done. Brian came and walked the system with us at the end to ensure the job was done properly and that it met our needs. The price for the whole job was unbelievably fair. Without hesitation Alabama Irrigation Services is the first and only sprinkler maintenance crew I will recommend. I can't emphasize enough how good they are."

"Alabama Irrigation Services, LLC is top notch. Brian responds quickly to calls and texts. Prices are very reasonable and he really works with the clients to get things done. I had him install a whole yard sprinkler system and he told me it would be about 2 weeks to get started once I gave him the go ahead and 2 days to complete the installation. His crew actually started 2 days after I said ok and they did it in one day (your experience may differ, I have a small yard and may have just caught him at a good time). There was one small glitch during the installation, the water line leading to the house was not buried as deep as it should have been so it was cut. It happened at a spot that worked well for the placement of the system shut-off valve so that was not a real problem but some sand did get into the house water lines and caused a blockage in a bathroom sink and toilet. Brian helped diagnose the problem and was willing to fix the problem himself or if needed to pay for a plumber. It wasn't necessary as it was a simple fix. He really stands behind his work. I would definitely hire him for an other project and highly recommend him."
