"Took truck in for check engine light. Truck was never diagnosed, was in same spot where I dropped it off and they used tool out of my truck and left it under the hood. Lucky battery was dead from truck sitting"

"Took my truck in about a year ago for a coolant leak. I was told I had a blown head gasket, they started to replace head gasket and called to tell me that a couple cylinders were damaged and I needed a engine rebuild. They quoted me worst case would be 15,000. I told them to go ahead with the repair. After getting my truck back drove it down to Florida and during the trip the coolant light came on a couple of times. I took it back when I returned and was told the coolant sensor was causing the leak. They replaced the sensor which is a 34 dollar part but they charged me 95. Drove the truck awhile longer did the first oil change after the rebuild and noticed alot of oil under the truck, after looking for the oil leak I found the injection pump cover was cross threaded from the rebuild. Called them again because coolant light was still coming on so I purchased a new injection pump cover and coolant riser from the to heater core. I told them the new parts were in the console. They call for me to pick up the truck, when i got there they were still installing the coolant riser, when I asked if they installed the injection pump cover they told me they didn't know about that. So I had to install it myself. Now they will not return any of my calls and I still have a coolant light coming on when I am pulling my trailer. So the only thing that has change for me is I'm 15k less in my bank account."

"They had my truck for over five weeks to replace and diagnose a cam sensor issue. They said they replace the pigtail on the cam sensor which they did not. The truck was picked up three different times brought back the next day for the same issue finally had to take it to a diesel mechanic across the bay in Melvis. He verified that they did not replace the pigtail on the cam sensor that they charge me for Would not recommend at all stay as far away as possible After writing this review, they contacted me and give me a full refund"
