"I came in to get my screen replaced,they told me it was in stock my phone screen was in stock. When the the service was done the screen didn’t work so I received any phone in a non visible condition. TRUST me this management should be reported. Do not waste ur time with this location drive to Baldwin County. The Dunkin’ Donuts beside it is trash as well"

"I was sent to this store as an authorized Samsung warranty repair location. I called ahead and my questions were answered well. I took my phone in (1/28/24) and answered some questions. The person manning the front desk checked that the OEM part was in stock and thoroughly explained everything with a friendly demeanor. I ran some errands and came back the same day to pick up my phone. It looks like brand new and everything functions correctly. Absolutely painless process. Thanks again."

"Came in to get my note9 fix for a broken screen in November 15th. The tech told me that he had to order the original part for 266 dollars. I've waited two weeks for a response or an update but nothing so I call for a status bout the phone , the tech told me they don't have the original part available because my phone is midnight blue so the tech ask me if I want the black or silver frame because that's available I told them black because it's kinda match my blue phone. I came back in to the store because I had to to call again to see if it's ready, once I got to the store they handed me a silver frame note 9 which I didn't ask for. By this time they already had my phone for over a month and half.i told them I'll take it to another place. They told me to come back later and they ll put my old screen back and they'll give me a call to come get it. I no received no call. So I show up and they gave me my phone missing my style pen smh had to come back another day. All in total this location is unprofessional and have no communication skill whatsoever towards the customer needs. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME WORST TECH TEAM I EVER SEEN. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR PHONE FIX HERE."
