"I wanted to give these guys a good review so badly...but I just can’t. The job was so simple that we expected it would only cost about $50. We just didn’t have the tools for it. They said they’d call me back in 5 minutes to tell me whether they could do the job or not, took 25 minutes. Then I can’t understand what the guy is saying. I wanted to ask for a price estimate but I just can’t comprehend what he’s saying. They finally get to the work site, and it takes them forever to complete the task. They didn’t give us an idea on how much it would cost. Mr. Lee left his coworker about halfway through to go sit in the car and talk on his phone for the next hour. Finally once the job is halfway completed...they decide they are done, and start to head out. They were definitely more worried about the money aspect. After neglecting to tell us whether they are paid by the hour, or if it was going to be a flat fee, they say it’s going to be $375 for 2 hours of being there, and about 1 hour of actual work. They said that there was a flat fee for the call, and both would be paid $70 per hour. We were shocked. Our problem is still not even fixed. My workers and I will have to go back to the work site to fix the issue that they couldn’t finish."
