"Owner was able to answer my questions and is super knowledgeable about cars. I'd recommend these people if you need a car fixed."
"Main guy tried charging me 6k to replace motor for a little knock, turns out i just needed thicker oil and my exhaust weld coming loose !! $100 down the drain for a bad diagnose"
"These guys were the best!! I brought my car in there and they were great you got it fixed quickly efficiently the employees were more than helpful and friendly! I would recommend them to everyone"
"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I took my car in for a simple oil change and ended up with no oil in my car, it leaked all over my new driveway, the o-ring was broke, instead of stripping the oil plug threads it stripped my oil tank threads and I have an oil leak. They also broke where my skid pan screws in under my car. The district manager Angie has refused to fix it because I got someone else to look at it (per the store manager 's instructions) I've had to put oil in my car every other day and now I have thousands of dollars in damages and no call back from any managers!!!!"
"Why lie? Why scam? Are they overly confident or incompetent? They seem so nice it's hard to believe it was dilberate, but we brought our car in bc it lost all it's oil. He said he specialized in VW's and that he'd tested it and looked everywhere and it was only leaking oil from the brake vacuum pump. (Back in September the VW dealership in D'Iberville had said it needed replacing, so he sounded like he knew what he was talking about). He gave my husband this big estimate and then began rambling but assured him it would only be $850 to fix it and disregard all that other stuff on there. (This was close to the price the VW dealership quoted as well). We brought it in a few days later and was originally told it was a 5hr job. THREE days later we finally start getting demanding about getting our car back, and they suddenly finish it. They say the oil leak is fixed but then give us a bill for $1200. Hubby questions them why, and they proceed to say they did several other things that were on that estimate that only a few days ago it didn't need to fix the oil leak. So we weren't happy but since they assured us that everything was now great, we drove away believing this was over. The very next day we have almost no oil again and the water reservoir was empty. So we take it back and they say it's leaking from some bolt in the brake vacuum pump. Tells us that we need to spend another $500 to replace the brake vacuum brake pan bc the the threads must be stripped in it and that was causing the continued leak. Also said that we needed to replace the water pump for even more money. So we decided to take it to the dealership and found out that the brake vacuum was never changed. Hubby calls them and loses his shizz on them and the guy yelled back, "yes we did change it, I did it myself!" Hubby said he'd send them a pic of the pump that was just removed that proves it wasn't replaced. Then he calls back and then admits they didn't change it, only the bolt and some gasket for it. But the vacuum is dead. Why replace a bolt or a gasket on a non working pump?!? So we had to spend another $900 to have the brake vacuum pump changed. And it didn't need a water pump. It was a hose. The dealership fixed it for free and also refilled our oil. Maybe they aren't scammers, but they're no mechanic I could recommend to anyone."
