"I was losing my mind when my laptop completely stopped responding and wouldn't boot up. It had all of my schoolwork on it and I was in the middle of the course. Luckily I called Wesley at Dr. Computer who was able to get to my computer within the hour. He did a diagnosis and advised me of the potential courses of action. I decided to wait before buying another laptop, and thank god I did. Wesley went the extra mile and took my laptop apart, cleaned everything up, and then put it all back together just in case. Whatever he did fixed the issue and I was up and running again the next day for a completely reasonable fee. I'm glad I went to Wesley, not only is he a veteran but he went above and beyond to fix my laptop."
"I was a victim of a vicious internet scam in which the perpetrator locked me out of my laptop. I called Microsoft Tech Support and they tried to resolve the issue but they couldn't via telephone. I needed to get my computer fixed ASAP so I searched the internet and saw Dr. Computer (Wesley). After a brief conversation, he asked that I drop off the computer. When I dropped off the computer, Mr. Wesley recommended that I return two hours later for pick up. Two hours later, my computer was unlocked, my files were recovered and the system ran better than before. He fixed my computer in 2 hours for $75 which was a fraction of what the Microsoft Tech Support intended to charge. Mr. Wesley knows his stuff; he is an excellent computer repair tech. I strongly recommend him for any of your computer repair needs. The dude is really good at what he does. I hope he keeps up the GREAT work!!!!!"
"Dr. Computer did a great job fixing my mac when it shut down due to the large amount of data on my computer. He was able to get it back working again and even told me what new type of drive and memory I would need to make the computer better. Once I received the products from Amazon, he put the memory and drive into my computer for free. Thank you very much for your professional service."
"It's rare that I need assistance with a computer problem, but when I do going forward, I won't trust anyone other than Dr. Computer Repair. Not only did he fix a blue-screen-of-death issue with my computer without having to replace my hard drive (which I had resigned myself to doing), but he also ended up charging me less than originally quoted. What's more, when I called back about an issue that I thought was an honest mistake on his part (as it turns out, the mistake was all mine), he handled the complaint kindly and professionally and went above and beyond to make things right -- again, despite the fact that the mistake was mine, not his. It's rare to find a computer professional who's as honest as he is professional, but I've found one. And I won't trust anyone else with my computer going forward."
"My laptop had a noisy fan for a few weeks. The technician "fixed" it in about two hours; however, when I got it home it would no longer power on. I returned the following day to have them look at it, but they wanted to charge me an additional fee. I declined to pay again. I then asked for a refund of my previous payment. They refused to return my money. So yeah, I gave them $82.50 to break my laptop even worse than it already was."
