He communicated things in a way I could understand and made sure he gave me plenty of time to process the info and ask any questions I had. My only complaint honestly is the nurse, she has zero personality or enthusiasm about her job. Most pediatric care staff understand that parents are nervous and appreciate a smile…don’t expect to get one from nurses here lol. The Dr himself though was great! Smiled and talked to our baby, interacted well with both her & i and seemed to actually enjoy his job. Now just waiting for the follow up call to schedule the next needed appointments."
