"We love Dr. Sarah. She has always been super down to earth and made the experience of being new parents not so overwhelming. She takes her time with us and makes us feel appreciated and listens. However this last appointment for our son, the medical assistant that cared for him was really rough and aggressive when it came to the hands on care and the injections. My son turned one and this appointment was his year follow up. He did have to get four injections and some blood taken for a lead/hemoglobin test. My husband felt that the medical assistant was very rough in handling the injections, not being therapeutic to the fact that my husband had to physically hold our son down on the clinic table to perform the injections. Completely understand that with children injections it’s harder to do because they don’t sit still but this experience made it very uncomfortable for my husband. The medical assistant we had in the beginning of taking Ryder to Dr. Sarah was so well mannered and gentle. She didn’t make us feel uncomfortable during the injections and she always talked through step by step of what was going to happen. We never felt uncomfortable with her doing care for our son. Unfortunately we were told she no longer works with their office and we were sadden to hear this. We hope the next visit we have with Dr. Sarah the care the medical assistants or nurse give is a little bit nicer or less aggressive come his next appointment in April."

"Very caring and friendly Doctor but she doesn’t really let anyone speak. It’s always a one way conversation. My children and I leave feeling like we were not heard or given an opportunity to talk. She needs longer time slots so patients aren’t so rushed in and out."

She wasn’t the pediatrician that we originally chose but as soon as we met her we knew she was the one that we wanted to care for our son. She has a bubbly personality and she actually listens and wants you to ask questions when you have any. Highly recommend Dr. G for sure!"

"For starters, we have always had amazing experiences with this practice. From clerical staff to clinical staff. They have always been very good and inspire great confidence in the care given. Our last visit was not so great. It just seemed that the clinical staff was overwhelmed and did not take the appropriate time or listen to us. The Dr actually closed the door as I was talking to her. The practice manager did reach out to me & the issue was dealt with. In my opinion there was just too much going on and the stress was showing in the level of care. We will continue to go to this practice."
