"Terrible company. State Farm is not there! We were customers with Andy Southard for over 20 years and finally needed them to be there after broken water pipe did water damage in our home. They said no, so we fought it and finally was given a check. After having to use our own money to prevent mold because they denied us so long. Now, after them treating us badly and having to pay a small claim (after 20 years) They CANCELLED our homeowner insurance without a phone call, email or anything. We found out from our loan officer!This place is not your friend. There are better people to handle your insurance needs because this guy does not help you or even stand up for you when you actually need it. He will be fake and nice until you have a claim and you are on your own. Don’t trust this person"
