"We have been going to this office for years. Sadly, the treatment by front office, and MA has been unprofessional, unkind, and just down right unacceptable. People are coming to you with sick children, and instead of meeting them with kindness it has been years of turnover, and almost every person has been hateful. I'm dumb founded that a professional office employees people who treat their patients this way. The Doctor himself has always been pleasant, and while I wish he would understand when you have multiple children they pass illnesses around to one another and treat them all, I have looked past that and just continued bringing them. I am to a point however of speaking up about the constant hatefulness and disrespect. There is no care for the people/families/patients by many in that office. So to summarize if you can get past the hatefulness of most of the employees, the Doctor himself is fine, but good luck dealing with the rest. From a very tired and frustrated mother! Sorry Dr. Hayford, but I'm not allowing myself of my family to be treated this way anymore."

"My husband and I searched for months while I was pregnant, looking for the right pediatrician for our daughter. We came across Dr. Hayford and reviewed his website. We really liked what we read on it. The fact that he is independant really was perfect for us. Now our daughter is 17 months old, it's safe to say we have been to this practice many times at this point. All the nurses are splendid, they are so kind and so gentle and fun with our daughter. Very attentive as well. Dr. Hayford is GREAT. On a phone call with my husband today he even said, "I'm so glad we found him." He is understanding and patient. He explains everything in detail and answers all your questions extremely well. He is amazing with our daughter, he definately is experienced with children.He doesn't just spend a few minutes with you and runs off, he really takes his time with the patient and the parents. If you are looking for a great pediatrician, he is the right one for you. He really is awesome. Not to mention, he has a fire truck bed! It's the coolest thing I've ever seen and my daughter really enjoys it."

"My son went to see Dr. Hayford from birth until about 10 years of age. We moved to the other side of town and we were unable to make a few appointments and eventually found a doctor closer to our new home. Well that doctor moved to Georgia and now my son is having issues and wants to go back to Dr. Hayford since he is familiar with him and knows about some pains he had in his chest when he was younger and is now experiencing again. I call to make an appointment and they told me he had missed an appointment and they can't see him (very rudely as well!) I said even after all these years? That was 6-7 years ago!! And they said "even after all these years"!! Smh. So now I have to explain to my son that they don't care enough to see him and we need to find someone that actually cares! I am VERY disappointed in Dr. Hayford and his staff. My son really wanted to go back there and it wasn't even his fault we were banned! Shame on you all!"

"My daughter has been a patient here for 13 1/2 years, literally since birth. Dr. Hobbs/Dr. Smith partners at the time came to the hospital when I delivered to do the check up on my daughter. Never in 13 1/2 years have we had any billing or appointment issues. I had a billing issue earlier this year, questioned the bill, ended up paying it anyway. I called today to be told they sent it to collections and dropped my daughter as a patient. My daughter has life threatening medical issues in which she sees specialists and Dr. Zwick for and was told "should have paid your bills!" Excuse me???? I paid my bill to you!!!! Not a collection company and never in 13 1/2 years have we ever had an issue and our bills are always paid. Then we are told a couple of phone calls later that we were mailed several notices and a notice stating she was dropped as a patient. I promise you on everything, that never happened and nothing was ever mailed to us or I would have called right then questioning why after 13 1/2 years later my daughter is being dropped as a patient!!!! I received ONE bill in which I called and questioned then paid. Then be told they sent to collections. So I provided proof of date and time from my bank account of it being paid (keep in mind this is a $30 bill!!) and still be told "oh well, should have paid your bills, we are a business." You have my money, I did my part. But you want to be rude and condescending to me. After reading other reviews, looks like billing is an issue with them as well!!!"

"We've been going here for almost 6 years, & they are great. Dr. Hayford is a terrific doctor. He is always very thorough & makes sure to address your concerns. My daughter has been sick so much lately since starting school & he has been so great & understanding! Most definitely recommend!"
