"My grandchildren were once Dr. Kinnamon's patients, now in their late teens and living in the Seattle area. My granddaughter is attending college classes in the area, but somehow her mother couldn't find records of her MMR immunizations, which would exclude her from her classes. (Washington State has had a measles outbreak.) In an effort to provide proof of the inoculation so my granddaughter wouldn't have to have an unnecessary other one, I called Dr. Kinnamon's office to inquire. I actually expected to be told that the office didn't have records that would go back that far, but instead was informed that the records could very well be there on old software that would take awhile to access. Just for the record, the office DID find the record, DID take the extra time to get into the old software, and DID provide it to my granddaughter's doctor's office, all on the same day. It just goes to prove that this office cares not only about their current patients, but also their old ones! Not only is Dr. Kinnamon a great doctor, but she has a staff that goes above and beyond. Thank you!"
