"They was supposed to repair cracks in the shower, which they did on top and it stop leak for approximately five weeks and the fiberglass continue on the the lip part, and very rudely the gentleman talk to me very badly using profanity and refused to repair it and hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone and I am reporting them to the better business bureau. I had to pay a plumber to hopefully repair it."

"They took my money for a repair of a very small chip in my bathtub. Three visits later we still have a chip in the bathtub along with peeling paint. We are now worse off than when we began. To make things worse they refuse to refund me saying they told me I had no warranty on the work. I was never told this and would have never hired them had they told me this. Why take a chance when I can hire another company who gives a warranty. The owner has gone as far as to call and yell at me and blame me on 2 separate occasions as if it is my fault. Stay as far away from this company as possible. They don’t deserve to be in business as they will just steal your money and leave you with bigger problems. I would leave a lower rating if possible. Just an FYI the owner is no longer Stan Smith who apparently knew what he was doing and is the subject of the only other review on Google. The new owner is Greg."

"Stan is a perfectionist. My 5' cast iron tub turned out beautiful. I could not of asked for anything better."
