"I had front end work on my truck done at McGriff. I picked my truck up after they finished and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the airbag light came on. I called the next day and they said the mechanic would call me back. The mechanic never called back...was pretty upset that I spent $6000 dollars on tires, a new rack and pinion and struts. Not very customer service oriented. I went by there this year to get a price on tires...which was outrageous, for my jeep. I told the manager the deal with my tundra and he said "oh you should have brought it back." No, I called and you guys blew me off, so I didn't feel like that you care. Now I have a repair that shouldn't have happened. I guess they were looking to make another $400 or $500 dollars off a clock spring that they damaged. So I'm pretty sure that I won't be doing business there again."
