"Tried to charge us $525 for a thermostat replacement, called the office, lady on the phone was extremely rude and said they can't tell the techs what to charge people. I'll never call this business again. 5 minute job and a 40 dollar parts does not add up too $525"

"Well, it's Christmas Eve. I have no heat. Overpaid for a "Trane" had problems ever since it was new. It will not work right now. I understand it's Christmas, but what reputable company doesn't keep someone on call for emergencies. I called and they said, sorry, we are closed for Christmas. I said what am I supposed to do, they basically said wait until after Christmas. We don't care if your children are cold. You can't talk to anyone until after Christmas. When they originally installed my unit they tore out my pull down stairs. They did not remove them, then properly reinstall them. I can prove that, they tossed the trim aside. I have worked in the home construction industry for 35 years. This is pathetic. I wish I could talk to the owner. This is not how you treat your customers. They are your living. I strongly recommend rethinking using herring. Yep, small h is on purpose! Poor service! Poor installation! VERY UNHAPPY MY CHILDREN ARE COLD ON CHRISTMAS AND THEY DONT CARE!!! I can't express enough how unhappy I am with this business. I Loosely use the term business. They still have to prove that they deserve that term. I guess it's the norm in 2018"

"I paid $5960 for my ac,heat. Parts warranty 10 years. After 9 yaers the trane quit. The charged me $140 to come out for this year.And $379 total for capasitor and contacts.I said part under warranty. They said this more labor ,not parts. These are plug in parts. The ripped me off, Over charge me. Don't trust this company.The father who died i used 38 years ago , He was honest. He show me how to install my own frion. But not now."

"I have used this company for 5 years for my rental properties. They have always done quality work at a reasonable price. Until now. I called to have the duct work removed from a rental property. Once foundation work was completed, I was to have them reinstall duct board and flex duct (the cheap stuff). They quoted me 7000.00! I could have a complete 3.5 ton new heat pump system plus duct work installed for less than that. All this was supposed to be was a couple of hours labor to remove the old duct work. Then reinstall new duct board and flex duct. They did not seem upset to lose the business after a five year history with my company, paying them on time, everytime. Their loss."
