"I called them everyday for four weeks, voicemail can't leave a message. I bought an app that calls until someone answers ran it all day for a week, nothing. I will contact Ryobi and demand new because thus place does not want business of repairing warranty equipment for oem's."

"Have never had this bad of an experiance in getting something repaired. Took a lawnmower in for warranty repair. Was told would take about 3 weeks as they'd have to order parts. Called back a month later when they hadn't called me yet. They said they were waiting on the parts. Called back every two weeks for next two months. Told same thing. Finally three and a half months had passed. Got same story from them. So i decided to call the factory. Turned out they had lied the whole time. Had not even checked out the lawn mower, much less order and were waiting on parts. Pretty much fraudulent warrant repair work. The factory was then nice enough; since I'd been lied to, and in process spent over $400 in paying someone to cut my lawn; to send me a brand new mower. Problem was solved four months later. But only because factory stepped in to make it right. NEVER take something here for repair if you ever want to get it back."

"Quality Tool Repair is the listed Ryobi repair center for my area, so I took a Fogger to be repaired. It leaked when we tried to use it. They said it would take about a week to repair it. For 3 months I continued to call and check the status and for 3 months they gave me no information but promised to call me right back with an update…and never did. After 3 months they finally called me and told me it was ready for pickup. So I picked it up only to get home and find …IT LEAKED WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT…THEY DID NOT REPAIR IT. I will obviously never use them again and suggest you don’t waste your time with them."

"This is one of the WORST businesses around! I went through six weeks of wasted time on promises Carla (the owner) made. Even after six weeks of ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES, they still haven't even ordered my part. Carla promises to call you back with updates on your situation but never does. But then, takes off work and leaves work early ALL THE TIME but claims she's short staff. WHAT A BUSINESS OWNER!! Dont waste your time here like I did; YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE YOU THAT!!"

"I called with a broken tool. Since it was a large air compressor they said they would pick it up since I have no way to move it. I called them about 4 times to schedule a pick up. They never called me back when they said they would. And only called back once. When we finally got a pick up time nobody showed up both times. I ended up returning it to home depot and buying a new one. The manufacturer told me to call them to get my compressor warrantied."
