They did give me a full refund. But felt like a full time job to get it back. Never go back again. And on top of that they lied said they did not have a special tool. "Visited this location while shopping for tires. The manager that was running the counter would only offer 1 tire. Even after expressing that I was not interested he then proceeds to tell me that my driving was the reason I don’t like that brand. Regardless if you have a customer that wants to buy another brand you should show them what selections you have. I went to another business and was able to pick the exact brand/model of tire I wanted for my vehicle."
