"Autumn Air is Awesome! Chase was the first to fix our outside unit. He was on time and thorough in his diagnosis and repair. He also checked our inside unit and noticed that we had black mold. He suggested what needed to be done to our units and was able to schedule everything within r days. His crew arrived early and cleaned our units, installed surge protectors as well as a UV light and an electrical filter to kill the mold in the ducts. Autumn Air was very polite and professional"

"I have been using Autumn Air since May of 2022. I have the quarterly maintenance plan with them. They have always been polite and professional and done a great job. We bought an older home and ended up replacing the HVAC about a year after we moved in. Autumn Air gave us many options, discussed pros and cons, and answered all of our questions. It's a pleasure working with them. I do not always have the same technician, but ALL of them have been great! It's one of the few companies I still see where "customer service" is still a thing.
