"They technically did fixed it. Other than that the service as A whole was terrible. Their communication was absolutely horrible. I was either never called like I was told i would be, told something that wasn’t true ( if they could fix it, the location of my computer, if it was fixed or if it wasn’t, when it would be back for me to pick up and the price) They ended up not being the ones to actually fix my computer A computer store unaffiliated with them actually did. In another state which i did not say i agreed to. I was only asked for a first location they then shipped it to a 2nd location without my knowledge until i discovered it myself since i am able to see the location while the computer is on. It definitely wasn’t rapid. It took A month. During the time the only time i was called was to be lied to about a quote, if they could ship it to a location, and my password. Never about an actual truthful update until I called myself and tried to express my frustration on being lied to. I was quoted A price range and was told it seemed like it would be on the lower end. Then I was quoted an actually amount which was bigger than the first quote. I finally come in to get it and they charge me even more! They couldn’t even give me A receipt with actual prices for the services and parts when I asked. All in all I will not be using them again. Edited to say I was in fact quoted $250-600 25 days since it was dropped off is not fast and Communication was still poor regardless of why anything was done. I was told one thing and they were doing something else. It comes down to the fact I wasn’t told anything that was actually the truth."
