"I came to this office trusting in the Dr (who I saw 1 time for 5 mins in a yr) & NP's. I'm thankful I have small knowledge & decided to get a second opinion. After a yr being told I didn't have COPD I all at once was told I did. I had covid Aug 2022 that now has been diagnosed as asthma. I was also put on oxygen because I was told I had hypoxia. 11 mins of 87 02 level does not consist of hypoxia!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"I Love Dr Buphtani and his nurse practitioner And I have made appt to come on Dec 4th 2023, the nurse was not very compassionate for she was talking with someone who has been ill and reaching out. Maybe because I had not been to dr for a year the nurse said I can’t give you any meds, but I didn’t ask for any meds. I let the nurse know I had been to convenient care and was being treated for copd exacerbations and was struggling to exhale. The nurse could not get me in till almost a month. All I am saying is where was the compassion just in her communication See you on Dec 4 2023"

"The women up front suck at their job and have no customer service. I recently moved states and requested my records and for 2 weeks still nothing! “Im one of 5,000 patients” LOL how these little girls have jobs blows my mind. DO BETTER! This office has prescribed my inhalers for 10 yrs and i was told they wont even refill mine to get my by but wont even send my records! This office and these people and whoever they haven upfront should be shut down and fired!!!!! These people don't care if you can breathe or not! DO NOT GO HERE! Complaint has already been filed and i have other people filing who have the same issues! Get new people doc! Your rep is sinkin!"

"I've been seeing Dr. Bhuptani for many years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I recently moved to Indy and still make the 90 minute drive back to T. H. when I have an appointment. He's very thorough and caring, explaining everything and answering every and all questions. He even knows my name when we pass in the hall. Not many doctors know their patients first names let alone address them by it."
