"I never can get my kids seen when they are sick. Everytime my kids are sick, I have to end up taking them to the hospital because they can't set up an appointment. I don't feel like they care. My child had caught strep throat and I took her to the hospital, tried to set up a follow up and I was told they can't make an appointment for a follow up and was told to follow up with the hospital! Makes no sense! This is an on going situation with them. I will definitely be finding a different doctor for all 4 of our kids."

"Can never get them to answer the phone.... always get sent straight to voicemail no matter what time of day I call. They don't seem like they genuinely care about their patients either. Didn't notice that my baby cousin was completely blind in one eye and he had been going to that office since he was newborn. A year later, they finally asked what was wrong with his eye.... its pathetic that they didnt care enough to notice right away... It should've been obvious from day one."

"Dr. DelaCruz and her husband are the BEST. They're my grandson's pediatricians and I've taken both of them to Dr's appointments on several occasions so that their mother didn't have to take time off work. They both trained at John's Hopkins, and their attitude and enthusiasm for their work is apparent from the first time you meet either of them. Top notch Drs, in my opinion you couldn't find any better pediatricians anywhere in the country. Did I mention they're also pediatric neurologists?"

"FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! This place has definitely changed over the years. The staffing is extremely rude! And the nurse practitioner needs her license revoked. She obviously hates her job. Multiple examples: 1.) We were sitting in the waiting room, my daughter was about 4 at the time and had to use the restroom (mind you, they have two restrooms and one was closed) while my daughter was jumping up and down having to go, they strictly told me no and she could not use the other restroom! 2.) another time we waited in the waiting room to see the doctor. We sat for 2 hours! They forgot about us in the room and was closing! 3.) daughter had to be checked for UTI, nurse practitioner was rude and never sent the results to Riley. (Mind you she did this twice. It took 4months to get the results bc we kept having to come back!) 4.) Nurse practitioner continues to roll her eyes and huff and puff while trying to talk to her. 5.) I finally switched doctors, I asked them to send my kids files to the new doctor, two months went by and they never sent it, I had to hand deliver it myself because they are so irresponsible! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!"
