"I do believe she means well but she lacks at proper communication. Her delivery is awful most the time. she's blunt and that's one of the things I liked about her but her ability to stop and listen is non existent. It results in being talked over and misunderstood because you are not given the chance to be heard. Her nurse is the BEST and I will be sad that I lose her."
