"My oldest and youngest has been seeing Dr Singh for 13 years. He is a GREAT DOCTOR who cares. His staff is unorganized and the turn over rate is high. They lost my oldest daughter’s medical folder how in the heck does that happen but you have my youngest one’s folder. Now in order to complete her physical, I have to bring her shot records back up to the office because it’s not even in their system. Then he doesn’t have the vaccine needed for her and we have to go somewhere else to get it . On top of that I have insurance that pays for vaccinations and he said it will be $10; HOW? Is time to move ..."

"I absolutely love Dr. Rama Singh. My children went to his doctors at Christ Hospital office for about 10 yrs. He has kept my son’s asthma under control for years. The problem I have is with his staff. The staff has been horrible since we started going there and it has gotten worse over the years. These women do not do what they are supposed to do. I transferred my children to a different doctor because when it is was time for refills for my son’s asthma medicine, Walgreens would send faxes and electronic refill requests to them and they supposedly never got anything. How are you running a doctors office and your patients can’t get refills because the staff is too damn lazy to check the faxes. Also, my children’s new doctor sent over a request for their records.......it’s been a year and they still haven’t gotten them. I just had to call twice today just to get my children’s shot records faxed to the new doctor. The staff is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! He needs a new staff ASAP!!!!!"

"I have been taking my kids to Dr. Singh since my son was born 5 years ago. Absolutely love Dr. Singh and his staff. Not sure what the below comments are about with them never being open because I have never had an issie getting my kids in when they are sick. Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor and cares very much for his patients. My kids love him and are always excited to go for their check ups and sick visits."

"Love Dr. Singh, but he practices old medicine. His staff and receptionist are very ignorant. My daughter had a cough that lasted for so long (like 2 months , on and off) Dr. Singh just kept prescribing her different medicine. I brought her to a new pediatrician, and he had her cough away in a couple days ! Plus they are NEVER EVER open. Which is horrible. How are you suppose to get your child(ren) in to see him for a routine check up, being sick or a physical for school. Just ridiculous. I've been trying to get my daughters shot records for weeks and every time I call or even go there, they are not open. I highly suggest going to Dr. Robert Thomas , who is on the 1st floor , same building as Singh. They will get you in right away and see you if you need. Plus they are open during regular business hours. Like they should be !!! Dr. Thomas is an amazing man, very gentle with my daughter, talks with her, lets her know what he's going to be doing. His staff is very nice also!!"

"The Dr. itself is a really good Dr. he takes the time for your concerns and is friendly with children BUT the medical assistants are horrible. It seems that they get new assistant every year and nobody ever knows nothing. They are so rude and unprofessional. I always have to be on hold for 31 minutes or longer before they give me an answer."
