"It is impossible to get an appointment for sick children. I have had to take my children both to urgent care and the ER for things that should have been handled in-office. Not only has this led to significant financial costs, but has also severely impacted my children's health and well-being. After being discharged from the ER or urgent care we are even told to follow-up with the pediatrician and are still not able to schedule even within the same week. This office does not care about the health of children, just what they can bill."

"I called this morning regarding my son’s referral for his X-ray follow up appt before his surgery this Wednesday. I spoke with Dominic P. and she was very rude to me and kept talking over me. We love Dr. Vicente but management really needs to work on hiring more friendly and helpful staff. Dominic didn’t care to listen to my urgent request nor did she care. So disappointing that this wonderful doctors have such poor medical assistants/front desk assistance."
