"Our unit went out on a Friday. I'm retired, but I was a commercial HVAC tech in our family business for 20 years. I was pretty sure the compressor had gone out again so I called Alexander's and they came out the same day. The compressor was indeed dead and it was the 3rd one in only 9 yrs that we've lived here. They checked price and availability of a new unit for me and told me it would have to be ordered. They received it the following Thursday and even after raining most of that weekend they got it installed on Monday. Considering the rain that was no small feat as the unit (package heat pump) had to be carted from the driveway, across the front yard to the pad in the side yard. The yard survived and the unit was up and running shortly after lunch. So very thankful for all involved with this transaction and a special salute to the owner for offering a military discount.
