"I was extremely hesitant about using a groomer because of all the horror stories of animals being harmed that I have read on reviews. I was also hesitant about leaving my dog with anyone I didn't know. I chose Barks & Bubbles because they had great reviews, no animals had bad experiences, and when I interacted with them they were very warm and inviting. When I arrived at the location I was sure to look it over good, assess everything, and everyone. I did not see (nor hear) anything out of place. I would have canceled my appointment in a heartbeat had I seen anything that I didn't like. I have taken my Scottish Terrier to Barks & Bubbles twice now and have been sure to watch his behavior when I take him, when I pick him up, and at home for any signs that he might have had a bad experience. I have also talked with them about how well things went just to see how they responded. So far, everything has been wonderful. My pup feels right at home. The ladies always greet him, and us, warmly. And they have done a great job cutting his hair in the traditional Scottie style. I will be sticking with them."
