"Like the number of treadmills. Have good selection of free weights. Disappointing some machine such as all the row machines have been out of service of six months."

"I signed up for a membership, and about 10 minutes later, I was hit with unforeseen circumstances that would prevent me from going to the gym for the foreseeable future. I let them know right away that I had just signed up but that I would need to cancel. I literally spent 10 minutes inside of their facility and they would not cancel the transaction .I canceled my membership before they had even processed my card and they still processed it the day after. When I called to speak with someone about it they hung up the phone on me"

"I've only been a member for a couple of weeks it has all the equipment needed and has a wonderful environment, however being a wheelchair user I cant take advantage of some of the amenaties that I signed up for like the sauna and hot room because the doors are too small for my chair to go through. And it would be nice if the hours were extended"
