"I only went to one session last year, because they are one of the few providers that accept Tricare, but I’m never going back. It was an absolutely horrible counseling experience, the worst I’ve ever experienced. Completely unprofessional counselor and staff. The room they took me into was visibly dirty, cluttered and covered in dog hair. The counselor (Mary) was texting almost the entire session, literally propped her phone up with the screen facing her, visibly responding to messages with facial expressions and even left to answer a phone call for several minutes during the hour I paid for. And the whole time she was discussing other supposed clients of hers and their situations? She didn’t mention names, but that’s still unprofessional and a breach of confidence. I could have overlooked her completely unprofessional dress code of shorts and a wrinkled t shirt if it hadn’t been for all the other issues. Not to mention they double charged my credit card for the session. I called every day for weeks, it only ever rang 2-3 times and hangs up. No opportunity to leave a message after I left the first one. So until I finally got someone to watch my two kids so I could go in person, I paid interest on the balance. When I showed up, I was treated rudely by Mary and she refused to talk to me about the charge, she dismissed me and told me to email them. Completely ridiculous, and this isn’t even the half of it. I have an email stating they refunded the one charge, but won’t reimburse my interest (I have no other balance on this card). I will update if I actually get the refund. Since they accept Tricare, other military members and their wives looking for help may fall into the same trap. Please, trust me, just stay away."
