"I have not actually dealt with Ellie Mental Health since they never reached out to me after I submitted !* their own form *! requesting information and availability. Of course I received an immediate auto-response thanking me for my "request for therapy services," but it has been crickets since then. That was 8 days ago (or 6 business days). I should have known that a mental health facility that sells "merch" was going to be nothing but a racket. Sad and dangerous."
