"I met Nick Bozzelli over 10 years ago. I believe in sales it's referred to as a "cold call", he came in to my salon and I gave him very little time to impress me. He made it very easy to like him. He's a great businessman and I appreciate his personality and professionalism. Nick has been handling my business insurance as well as my personal insurance. Just recently, his associate was having difficulty getting me to answer my calls and I'm horrible about email. Nick calls me... after 10 years, he's in my contacts, he tells me that they're trying to save me $132 a month on vehicle insurance, but I wasn't responding! Talk about making my day!
