"We have also been promised a receipt and the work was good for a year a,nd that has not happened.We have been since May 2023 with our deck. Just got done and we have warped boards in a week of the completion. My husband is now trying to fix our deck. We have texted and called with no response. The cost was over priced for how it is. Would not recommend this company. Still has not done anything. This is not how you run a business. Look at more reviews they are not satisfied either. Today is August 26. Another part of my deck came out. My cheap a?.. rails that this stupid company put on came out and looks like s.... . The paint job is absolutely........ I will now turn it over to someone higher up. Still no receipt or contact from this company. Please DO NOT USE This Company. I am going to do something about it mabe the Better Business Bureau can help me"

"The Double U team did a good job for my project. I fielded estimates from 3 different companies and Double U was by far the best price for my fence installation and staining. We did have some scheduling issues come up that forced the install to happen later than originally agreed but Will made sure to inform me when he could. Once the team got going, they were fairly fast considering they had to fight exceptionally hard ground which caused 2 augers to fail. They finished my stain about 2 weeks after installation to allow the wood to dry out a bit. It looks good and my kids can go crazy in the backyard! Thanks, Double U!!"
