"I have been to this location twice now and have an excellent experience every single time. Very clean, friendly, they actually listen. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Life savers! The staff is excellent from front desk to lab to nurses to docs- excellent all th way around. Other emergicares could learn from this location! They care and put the effort in to make sure paperwork is right, not long wait times. Just super impressed all the way. No doubts, go to this location, they will take care of you!!!"

"Came in for sinus infection and ear infection. Did not get an antibiotic for sinus infection but did get ear drops. Called Unicare to see if I could have antibiotics called in and the receptionist was VERY rude. Said they were busy and they would have them called in at the end of the day. Waited and waited and have not received a response from them. Called my pharmacy and they DID NOT call the antibiotics in. Super, super disappointed considering tomorrow is sunday and I just want to feel better before the start of the work week. Lack of professionalism from all of them. Would NEVER go back. Waste of time and money."
