"Wow awful customer service dollar General Salem, AL location Cashier had only cash only option register open and self check out. I asked why did he not open other register that used both card and cash. He said cause my register is here. I told him I don't use self check out it is not providing customer service so he said I could leave. I put my things on counter and told him with out customers you don't have a job. He told me to leave again. I did it's the principle I have provided customer service at my job I believe these self check outs replace jobs and taking away customer service. This new gen might like it but 40 generation like me still enjoys customer service."
