"Unprofessional, rescheduled and didn’t call for our appointments we did make. When she finally said for me to call her because she couldn’t remember, I called her and she wouldn’t answer. She blamed me for her not answering her own voice mails I left and told me she was working from home. Was very unfairly treated. I had left voicemails for her to return my calls and she told me “I have a great answering service, if you would have called, I would have known”. The answering service stated that the office is closed until April 20th (it’s may 10th) so she clearly doesn’t have an upgraded phone service she can blame me for. The way I was treated was absolutely awful. She told me “you need to write the appointment time down where you won’t forget like you did all the others you missed”. I never missed the appointments, she just never called. When she did she asked to reschedule. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Don’t blame your patients who are seeking your help for your clear and utter disregard for their time and drag them through the dirt!"
