"I went there to refill a missing filling. I went there without pain but after filling it I have much pain and can't even eat well. They are too rude. They ask first for the insurance l, not about one's concerns."

"The front desk employee ( Monica) is extremely rude and leaves a lot to be desired. Just a tip you do not want a rude employee being the first to greet your customers, patients, ect. And certainly not the first and last. I hope you're able to find a friendlier candidate for the position before you lose very many more patients. This is very unfortunate because the rest of the staff our family have come in contact with have been amazing."

"They are just very unresponsive when I fill out appointment requests online. I've filled out three *and* emailed them and they won't get back to me. (Getting an appointment with them is like pulling teeth lol.) Plus they want to charge me $1,200 for something that I wish they would try to get my insurance company to pay for.
