"Small store in the Riverchase Galleria…a little too small during the holiday rush. The staff was friendly and accommodating but there were only 3 clerks for more than 40 people all wanting the same thing…attention. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was attentive to each customer before me and to me as well. They were kind and patient with everyone I saw them interact with. If you are shopping during a busy holiday season, Valentine Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, prepare for an extended wait. Off season is better and likely to give you an in and out experience. Their in house inventory seemed endless and exchanging items, like I had to, was a breeze. My daughter ordered my bracelet and it was 3 sizes too large. The exchange was flawless. ♥️"
"My daughter and her best friend just received the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered at this particular Pandora. My daughter entered to get her bracelet cleaned and was inform the clasp is broken and is not fixable. Brooke refused to clean her pandora charms because some were not directly from Pandora(we understand this is policy) but to not clean the actual Pandora charms is poor service. Brooke was antzy, rude and sarcastic in her responses while my daughter looked for a new bracelet. She was snappy. Each time my daughter asked to look at a bracket or size she would try to detour her as if she either didn’t trust my daughter was there to shop or as if she was a thief that would run off with the bracelet. I understand managing product to prevent theft but this was done rudely and clearly way pass that. She barely allowed her to look at the bracelets as she was planning to run out the door with one. This diminished her shopping experience. When she flipped through the book and ask for clarifications on some bracelets she was short and rude. When she asked to see the bracelet again she liked she said “why do you want to see this again?” When she asked her about online ordering she frustratingly said she doesn’t work online. Keep in mind when I called back to report this to the manager Brooke said she was the manager. The manager doesn’t know simple questions regarding online ordering? Or did she just not want to deal with my daughter as a customer. She also was rude via phone call when I called to report the incident. She’s the manager. So I noted I’d call corporate. She needs to find another job or go through training. There is no way this is the face of our local pandora. This is disappointing. We’ve shopped here at this locations for over 15 years if I’m not mistaken. We’ve “never” recieved this level of rudeness. The visit was 1/4/2024 between 11:00am and 12:00pm."
"I was having a rushed day and got a phone call from work that was unsettling so I took it out on one of the employees she handled herself with such Grace I apologize and will definitely shop there again it’s very hard to stay smiling and friendly with hard customers and she needs to be awarded from her management-"
"Went here to see what sort of bracelet options they may have for my 13yo niece. I plan to surprise her with a trip to pick out a bracelet when she visits in a couple of weeks. They pretentiously make you wait in line outside of the store until an associate can personally come assist you. I don’t need my hand held. I just wanted to see options in person. After standing in line for 30 min, I called the Summit location. They confirmed that they do not make customers stand in line outside of the store. I ended up walking away without ever stepping foot in the Galleria store. I’ll go to the Summit for my purchase. In response to the owner: no, I’m not going to waste my time calling you. Yes, this does appear to be a typical experience at this location based on comments from passersby in the mall and on other reviews here. You need to stop this pretentious behavior."
"Amazing Place. Very friendly staff at a very busy time. Did an exchange for a defective item no questions asked. if I lived in the area would get a lot of my business. Excellent customer service and staff."
