"The city's officials are actively working hard to make life difficult for their residents. I had a car registered in NYC and stayed there all the time just coming here occasionally. They taxed me on that car and put me out of business. I still can't afford to pay the tax. Roads in the city are rubbish. I'm trying to move out asap and I've been a resident for a long time but it's not worth it ... rents are going up ... you can't afford anything... house prices have gone up ... it's just not a place to live anymore"

"We were attended by an Indian woman, very friendly, attentive to all questions. She helped us with everything and she was sure that everything was correct, she was very helpful, she treated us well as a polite person should be treated. my friend, I thank her for helping her and treating her well. This is the problem there are people who are not educated and do not know how to deal with people, they are rude. And there are many like that in that office."

"Friendly and helpful staff. I wasn’t sure where to go there is a desk with a police officer who directed us on which way to go. Parking is off street you do have to pay and place the ticket on your windshield."
