"Barb Wright was the most caring and involved agent we have ever worked with. She went out of her way to make sure that we had the very best deal and booked exactly what we needed. She reached out several times before during, and after the trip to make sure that all was in order, checking to see if we needed anything or if she could help with anything. After the trip she wanted to chat to find out if there was anything good or bad that she should know to make travel for others easier and better. I have never anticipated, nor experienced such tremendous customer service. Barb is amazing. You can’t go wrong if she is your agent."

"We traveled with a large group to the Hard Rock in the Dominican Republic. The resort was amazing in itself but the Largay team was outstanding! Rachael, Richard and Scott made sure that all transportation, transfers, check ins/outs, group activities and dinners went off without a hitch. Herding such a large group (80+) and checking in with everyone daily was no small feat. The were extremely professional and always personable. We are currently working with Richard to plan our 10 year anniversary celebration trip. We look forward to a long relationship with Richard and the Largay team."

"My Aunt and I recently took a trip to Dominican Republic with a very large group (80?). This was a Please go away event through Largay Travel. It being my Aunt's first time traveling outside the US, it was comforting to have all of the trips details set for us. We both had an amazing time meeting new people, relaxing, and trying new things. Rachael, Richard, and Scott kept us all on track, out of trouble, and having fun at each moment of the trip. They were a pleasure to meet and continuously worked to ensure everything went perfectly for the group. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Largay Travel for a trip anywhere or of any size group. "Barb Wright Barb was very pleasant to talk with! We started our conversation with Barb in late July for travel in mid March. We explained in great depth of our needs for the family trip to Hawaii. Airline tickets and rental cars from Kansas City to Phoenix and the next day all would depart for Hawaii, returning one week later. This consisted of 7 adults and one infant. We expressed our concerns for one person in our party being a large person. Her only suggestion was to move him to over priced first class. Without asking any probing questions she made the assumption they were just tall not large. I had not flown in years and had to go home for a funeral. I realized when traveling there was going to be a seating issue for one in our party. Contacted her and explained our concerns again. She then found we could purchase an extra seat. This ended up costing almost as much as first class seat because it was closer to departure date. Second: We had so many e-mails from Barb none of them in a string making it very difficult to follow. With the changes made by the airlines and other communication from Barb it was an absolute mess trying to research any particular communication from Barb. Third: When we we received a change by the airlines we found many mistakes. Needed to contact Barb again and again to correct the mistakes. It appeared Barb never proofed the changes before forwarding on to me. Our last communication with Barb was asking for her to send each traveler all of the travel information flights and times. SHE DID NOT do this, instead she sent them to me and I had to sift through all the disorganized mess to make sure each traveler had the correct information. Basically she ghosted us poor customer service. Lastly we decided to use a travel agent because we didn’t want the stress of pulling our travel together. Barb said she understood the reasons for using a travel agent. I made a poor decision in using Barb because it would have been less stressful, and cost me less money if I had done the work myself. Barb is disorganized and did a poor job in communication, organization and accounting. Asked for a complete accounting of the trip because of the changes and some credits plus other charges, we asked for the accounting so we could verify we received all of the credits due. We needed to ask twice for this. When we received this information it was no more than the receipts not in any organized manner( a spread sheet would be an excellent tool). I would not ever recommend Barb or her agency for anything above a trip to the convenience store. Not even sure she could complete a round trip for that."

"I had the pleasure of working with Gail Rosenberg planning our trip to Greece. Her attention to detail was so impressive. She organized transfers, restaurants, wine tour, private a private boating excursion, ferry, drivers, five star hotels. She kept us up to date on our Covid concerns and helped organize testing. There was not a detail that she missed. Including her awesome adapters and a cover for our passports. They were so nice custom agents were impressed. I can not say enough about how wonderful our trip was. We are already talking about our next adventure."
