"They worked on the wrong tankless water heater system that was not having any problems. (We have 2 systems) They then charged me over 700.00 without fixing the problem. The tankless water heater is giving the same error codes it was giving before they came out. They charged a separate 425.00 for installing a sink faucet that I provided! 95.00 of the charge was parts. They didn't use any parts. I provided everything."
