"Rude. Mykia came off impatient and rude while doing my intake. I sensed an attitude and being rushed throughout the call, like she had no patience. That’s when I told her I wanted to stop and finish it with someone else. She asked why and when I declined to answer she abruptly just ended the call. No goodbye or anything She had also notated my intake as completed come to find out, when she informed me someone else would be calling me tomorrow to FINISH. That confused me. Charlese, the supervisor who returned my phone call, didn’t really show remorse for Mykia’s actions.. I’m just not getting a good feeling at this point, the red flags have already begun, I say try another agency."

"Dr. smith and Dr. Henderson are 2 amazing awesome individuals! When I first started therapy I literally lost myself, I felt like I was in a dark hole all alone hiding from myself and my past. These 2 amazing ladies dig me outta that hole and brung me back to life and I can say in just a short period I’m feeling like myself again, I’ve found my smile and my voice again. "Stay away especially if you are a man they have an agenda here and you are not part of it. I went in for a supervised visitation with my son who assaulted me 5 months ago and a judge has been alienating from my son since. The rules were discussed before hand I was told the visitation would be ended if the rules were violated the meeting ran the entire time. Now almost a week later they are saying I violated the agreement?????"

"The staff of professional therapist at Branch are truly a God send to the black community. I've been a patient for almost ten years and I can honestly say that the therapy I received saved my life.
