"I also wish I could give this place zero stars!! I had services January 2019 paid my copay and had a zero balance based on an email from Cindy. To my surprise, I received a bill SEPTEMBER 2020 - that's right almost two years later. First one I had received and it was from a collection agency!! Watch out...actually, don't even waste your time going.. Find someone who will properly run their business. **to the responder. I did not move until October 2019 AND I did a forwarding address. THIS also means that you take just under a year to bill someone. STILL not right!"

"I had one appointment with a counselor who was new at that time. Her laptop wasn't set up properly and she spent most of the session trying to get it to work. When I called for a 2nd appointment, Cindy was extremely rude, and angry that there was a balance on my account that she said my insurance would not cover, and she said multiple times that the counselor should have charged me when I was there. I asked her to be sure it was submitted to my insurance, since I had two policies, and to send me a invoice if they still did not pay it. Since she was so rude, I did not make a 2nd appointment. She never sent me a bill, and then never returned my email the following week when I followed up on this situation. I assumed insurance paid. Now today, a year later, I found out she turned me over to collections! After never telling me how much I owed, and never sending me a bill. This is a poorly managed practice, which I do not recommend. *****UPDATE due to to owner's response below***** - I never received anything certified from this company, and NO Explanation of Benefits from my insurance to show the claim was denied!!! It's the same insurance that PAID multiple claims over a year and a half for someone else in my family who was seen there, so I do not believe it was denied. Now I have paid out of pocket for this worthless session, while I also paid for two insurance policies that would have covered it had it been properly filed, AND I have this on my credit report to boot. So sorry I ever walked through your door. *****"

"They had my credit card on file and billed it every time I visited. I never received a bill but today got a call from a collection agency for a whole $100 for services from April 2019. I continued to be seen through October 2019 and was never informed I had a balance. I called to discuss the issue with the owner today and was told she would not speak to me about this issue. I would be very leery of these shady billing practices and overall awful professionalism. Stay away from this place:"

"They scheduled me my initial appointment, but then booked over it. They rescheduled it for when I was out of town. But I made it work. Then they kept insisting on giving me day time appointments when I told them I chose them for their evening hours because I'm not available. They booked me a day time appointment that I did not know about and would never approve, and charged me an $80 no call no show fee. But did they have any consequences then they no call no showed on me? Of course not. They told me they would update me on the matter, and did not. Lisa only texted me, and then blocked my number. And on top of all of it, I really did not like the care my daughter was receiving. Lisa never put the time in to truly even ask what we were there for. She was flustered every time she spoke to my daughter, and my daughter would leave feeling worse. Extremely, extremely unprofessional business."
