"I've been working with my therapist, Danielle for a while. She's one of the best I've had and I've grown, healed and really gotten to dig into some stuff. I was her client through a different office and "followed her" when she moved to crown counseling. I live 2.5-3 hours from there and have telehealth sessions. This is where Crown counseling becomes problematic. I can only pay by phone. I was unable to take care of a bill because I'd lost my voice for over a week. There is no online option to pay or see my balance in 2023 here. I have to specifically request a receipt. My insurance switched and while I have info over the phone, I learned nothing was done 2 months later when services were suspended. That seemed to be cleared up finally except my session was suspended again. I don't know why this time as I never was contacted. My therapist emailed me that she was told about the suspension. My therapist is amazing and I intend to keep working with her. The crown point office is at best inefficient and frustratingly unreliable."

"I'm not really sure where to begin. My daughter began seeing Jen after her freshman year. Biggest waste of money and time. When my daughter entered her senior year I specifically told Jen how important it was for her to work on coupling skills with my daughter. However, it seems as though she spent the entire year telling my daughter that I am the reason for all her problems. Jen didn't know anything about me or the abusive relationship I escaped to give my kids a better life. . needless to say, my daughter is no better now than she was four years ago, except now she blames me for everything because Jen told her it was all my fault."
