"I was checked in quickly, but I was never updated on my services while I was there, and the woman working at the check-out desk was extremely rude and not helpful. While I was waiting I was inquiring about the Adam’s Polishes for which she responded “I don’t know” when I asked if I could purchase them from her. I decided to buy them elsewhere. And then when I got the price and was ready to pick up the car, I asked her to confirm I got the service special price and her response was “I wouldn’t know anything about that.” I believe the people who represent your business should be more educated so they can be more helpful to your customers instead of getting an “I don’t know” response and receiving no assistance. I’ve been here a couple of times before, but this experience was extremely disappointing."

I forgot the ladies name that helped me with Mike, but she was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the functions of my new car which I really appreciated.
