"I would give 0 stars if possible. I made an appointment for something very wrong with me. They had an appointment that I already told them I would be running behind to get from work because I work in Evansville. I was told that was fine. The morning of the appointment I got a call at work trying to move my appointment earlier because the dr had cancelations and wanted to leave early. I explained I couldn’t because of work. I hurried from work and turned down Elm street where there was construction and I was detoured. I walked in the office 9 minutes late which I was told was fine when I made the appointment. I was told at 9 MINUTES that the appointment was canceled and the dr had already left for the day. I was told that 10 minutes was the policy. I explained I told them i was only 9 minutes late and the receptionist looked at her watch and waited the remaining 30 seconds before saying it’s 10 minutes now. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! I tried to explain I told them I was going to be running late when I set the appointment and was assured it was fine. They didn’t care! The dr didn’t want to see me and made sure he didn’t see me. He was very dismissive of what could be something very serious and not normal. I was made to feel stupid for worrying about heavy bleeding with clotting AFTER I am in menopause. I felt very undervalued and disrespected. I am moving my care to an office and dr that actually cares."
